How do I book my appointment?
Just go to ‘Book an Appointment‘ or appointment booking sections available on any page of the website. You will then recieve a call by one of our executives to confirm the appointment and further guidance. You can also just directly call us on our landline during our business hours.
What if I can't make my appointment ?
You can just Call on 011- 4475 5994 and inform us and our team would be glad to assist you in rescheduling or cancelling the appointment, as required.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Surely you can reschedule your appointment by informing us at least 4-6 hours before your scheduled appointment. If somehow you are late to inform us, our team at Onescan Imaging Centre will try its best to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.
What information do I need to have to schedule an appointment on the website?
To book your appointment on Onescan Imaging Centre website, you will be needed to fill your Name, Email Address and Phone Number which will be used to contact you to confirm the appointment, guide you or provide you with any other instructions. You will also get a coloumn to leave a message with your appointment form for us and an attachment section where you can upload your prescription if you have it.
How do I pay for my appointment?
You are not required to pay anything until you come for your test at Onescan Imaging Centre, where you will have all the payment options at the reception.

Note : When you make an appointment, you will be given a time slot. However, as it is common in the healthcare sector for some patients to take longer than expected to receive proper care, we inform our patients that they may still need to wait a little longer than their scheduled appointment time.
